		<description>So happy to see an interest in Latin &amp; Central America from a conservative viewpoint. I just found the &quot;This Ain&#039;t Hell&quot; a few weeks ago and now this site. We&#039;ll be checking in often.

I don&#039;t know about rich, but one can make a dollar go a lot further down here.
If you haven&#039;t been down  to see your Panamanian friends lately,it&#039;s changed in many ways since my 1970s duty tour. But it&#039;s still one of the greatest places to be. Hope &quot;Tall and Rich&quot; does well and that some day you&#039;ll get to do an on/location blog from here.</description>
